We really hope you love your new FWB merch, but if for any reason you’d like to return it, please email us within 14 days of receiving your items and we’ll send instructions on how to return them.
Returns must then be received safely by us (unused & unworn in a resale-able condition) within a further 14 days.
Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of return postage, and we do recommend using a tracked method of postage.
Upon safe receipt, we will issue an refund within 3 working days for the cost of items (excluding shipping fees).
